I spent three weeks in South Africa, mainly on safari, and booked the entire package according to my wishes and ideas with Xipene Safaris: accommodation, transportation (shuttles, flights, rental car), hiking trips and of course the safaris (alone with Frank - the owner of Xipene - or in small groups, especially in Kruger National Park) Frank supported me in planning my trip. Everything worked out perfectly, especially because of the very personal service. The highlights were the bush walks and game drives with Frank. He was able to show that he has turned his passion into a profession and that he is an excellent guide: he brought me close to giraffes and elephants on our walks, his trained eye spotted even the most well-camouflaged leopard, but he also showed and explained many things besides the Big Five.
